The SYC Academy is running a special Cadet Members-only program this Summer Holiday. For the first time ever, we will be sailing the RS Quest Dinghy (video below) out of the Hollywell Sailing Squadron. This holiday program is only open to Teen (12-17yo) Cadet Members who have completed their Start Sailing 1 & 2 at Oxenford Watersports Centre (or equivalent) With a crew of 2-4 sailors, teens will adventure around the Gold Coast Broadwater. They will learn how to work as a team in open water, sail a dinghy in tide and stronger winds, the rules of the road, and use multiple sails.
Details Ages 12-17 Monday 5th - Friday 9th January (5 sessions) 9am-3pm $475 Full Week or $120 per day
Pre-requisits: - Completed Start Sailing 1 & 2 at Oxenford Watersports Centre (or equivalent) - Cadet Membership
