Sunday Squad Training is for Cadet sailors who are looking to improve their racing skills and engage in Club Off-the-Beach Dinghy (OTBD) Racing and compete at away Regattas. 

Training sessions are a balance of on-water practical and land-based theory/practical, as well as exercise. The coaches endeavour to provide optimal time-on-water, and therefore reserve most of the land-based training for days with poor weather.

Sailors are split into Squads based on like skill level and their most recent entry and placing in club racing/regattas. Squad sizes and structure can vary term-by-term, depending on the total number of registrations and degree of skill difference. Squad split is determined by the coaches.
