This program is designed for teens aged 12-17 who have limited or no sailing experience and would like to learn.
Over the course of the program, teens will build the skills and confidence required to skipper an RS Quest Dinghy with a crew.

Ages 12-17
Monday 15th - Friday 19th (5 sessions)
9am-3pm each day
$450 total

Pre-requisits: confidence swimming 50m wearing a lifejacket
No Sailing Experience Required!
Outcome: 
- Start Sailing 1 & 2 certificate
- Invitation to become a Cadet Member and join the Fleet at Hollywell Sailing Squadron
- Invitation to Quest Fleet in January Holidays (Better Sailing certificate)

What's Next?
Cadet Fleet
Teens who graduate from the Learn to Sail course will be invited to join Southport Yacht Club as a Cadet Member and sail with the Cadet Fleet on Saturdays during the school term out of Hollywell Sailing Squadron on the Hobie Wave Catamarans.
They will also be invited to sail the RS Quest out of Hollywell during the school holidays, an exclusive offering for Cadet Members.
